Out of town guests may take advantage of the McFarlane/Reinbold wedding hotel block at Sheraton Suites in downtown Wilmington. Rooms with 2 queen or 1 king bed are available to book for the night before and night of the wedding (4/11 and 4/14). Book by March 12 to take advantage of this block! Call or book online.
Amtrak
The Wilmington Amtrak Station is a 6-minute drive to the Sheraton Suites. It’s a quick ride by Uber or Lyft to the hotel.
Avelo
Did you know that there is an airport right in Wilmington, Delaware? Avelo airlines has limited airports and flight paths, but they offer cheap flights to and from Wilmington.
Philadelphia International Airport
PHL is the closest major international airport to the hotel and venue. It is about 20 minutes from the venue and hotel. Another option is BWI (Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport) which is an hour and a half away. Sometimes it's a good idea to check both airports to see if there is a huge price disparity.

There will be a shuttle from the Sheraton Suites downtown to the wedding venue and back on 4/13/2025!
First shuttle leaves at 3:00 p.m.
Second Shuttle leaves at 3:40 p.m.
First shuttle returns at 9:00 p.m.
Second Shuttle returns at 9:40 p.m.
Speakeasy Welcome
The speakeasy party location is an 11 minute walk from the Sheraton Suite hotel (.5 miles). Uber and Lyft services are also available.
Parking
Should you choose to drive to the area parking is available at the Sheraton Suites for $10 per day in their garage. There is also free parking available at Speakeasy Club 413 on 4/12 as well as the wedding on 4/13.

We love your children but have made the decision to make our wedding an adults-only afffair. We hope you can make arrangements to join us, and we appreciate your understanding.

Is there transportation to and from the ceremony to the hotel?
What should I wear?
Assuming the weather cooperates the ceremony and many components of our wedding will be outside. Accommodations for rain will also be in the same location. Spring in Delaware has been on the warmer side (65–75°) but things still cool down in the evening so you should bring an an option to cover up. See attire section for more info.
What time should I arrive?
The ceremony starts at 4:00 p.m., please be in your seat by 4:00 p.m.
